Winter Village Amstelveen 2017

During the 2017-2018 winter season, I was the project manager for Winter Village Amstelveen. A temporary ice-rink, Christmas market and restaurant, open to all, in the centre of Amstelveen. My responsibilities included budget management, liasons with the city officials, crowd control, vendor finding and day-to-day management during the six-week duration. I also was responsible for the programme during the six weeks, coming up with special activities to attract more visitors and increase revenue.
