As the operations manager for Taste of Amsterdam, I was responsible for all production and operational duties before, during and after the four-day summer event from 2014 until 2018. My main responsibilities were main point of contact for all participants (100+); liasing with all suppliers; budget management; permit application; liasion for city council; healthy & safety; crowd control. In addition, I also took on a role in sponsor finding and sales for the event including (inter)national F&B brands.
