During the first edition of the Amsterdamse Winterparadijs, I was an assistant producer responsible for the food & beverage and decoration. My responsibilities included all contact with the food vendors, liasons with the bar management, sourcing decoration and furniture suppliers, assisting the project manager with on-site management during the build-up and breakdown of the event.
