During the first edition of Julius Jaspers’ carnivore festival, Butcher’s Heaven, I helped transform the Centrale Markthallen into a meat-lovers paradise. As the operations manager for the event, I was responsible for managing the operational budget, negotiating with suppliers, the floor plan, safety and security, liasing with particpants and on-site management.
